Recently I’ve been very interested in the layered textures of flora and how those patterns are mimicked in flames. Incendium was created from that study.

8×10 chalk pastel on BFK Rives paper. Triple matted with acid free mats.
Important Note: This piece is not sprayed with fixative. Fixatives alter the color. It will be packaged and shipped safely with framing instructions. Will fit in a 11×14 ready-made frame.
